We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. If a product arrives broken or develops a manufacturing defect within this timeframe, we’ve got you covered.
What is Covered?
This warranty covers:

- Missing components: If your 3D puzzle or toy set is missing essential parts straight out of the box.
- Shipping damage: Items that arrive damaged due to transit.
What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:

- Small aesthetic variations natural to materials like wood.
