Refund and Returns Policy
1. Returns Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@lullabykiddy.com
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label before contacting us. We will provide you with the specific return address for our US warehouse.
3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Stripe/Credit Card) within a certain amount of days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lullabykiddy.com with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or a short video of the damaged product.
- Photos of the shipping label and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
5. Shipping for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Personal care items (e.g., used baby socks for hygiene reasons).
- Final sale items.
